Print Shipping Label
After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original Shimano packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
